Australian hibiscus flowers, palm sugar,ginger root, grains of Selim (native African pepper pods) ,cassia bark.

Add all 110g to 3 litres of water, simmer gently

for 30 minutes lid off, cover and allow to steep for

1 hour, strain with a fine sieve and chill.
